We are so proud of "Shanny" for graduating from NCSU! It seems like yesterday she was sitting on the kitchen floor crying because she did not want to move away to college ("Miss" Rhonda told her to pull it together...and off she went!)...No wait, it seems like yesterday she was the precious first grader I babysat and "played school" with. Now she is going to have her own real-life classroom. She majored in Elementary Education and graduated in the top 25! We are so happy for her! I had fun picking out gifts for her, including my favorite teacher read alouds (The Kissing Hand, The Little Engine that Could, and David Goes to School) and from mom a gift card to the best teacher store and Disney Dollars for their trip to Disney World. We enjoyed a great poolside cookout to celebrate her accomplishments!
