Major Snow Fun

Like I said...today is a SNOW day! Tomorrow will probably be as well...but yesterday was NOT! For some reason school was closed in anticipation of snow. Not a flake fell until around 5 p.m.! So...we were quite anxious for it to begin (and not happy about having to make up a day for NO REASON. Oh well!)

Well finally the snow started to fall...and fall it did! We have about 4 inches of beautiful powder. It has been a very fun day playing and playing! Mom actually had to spend the night at the hospital last night (boo) because she was on call. The good news was it meant she could leave this morning! Hooray! Gee was home for the fun. Then Daddy surprised us and came home early too! LOTS of fun to be had! Now everyone is exhausted and napping!Here are tons of pictures from our fun...

Snow Fun

Last week we had a small snow (compared to today). It was just enough for a 2 hour delay at school. In the past a delay meant extra sleep...now it means SLEDDING with my babies!

Catching Up and a little Easy Bake

We are enjoying a good ole' southern snow day! It has already consisted of snow cream, sledding, 4-wheelers, and hot chocolate...dreamy! Since I have a little downtime (and probably more to come...not looking good for school tomorrow) I will catch up the blog. One of the first weekends in January was super cold. We had to keep the kids inside, so the Easy Bake Oven was a big hit! I love it!
