A Magical 4th of July

Day 6: July 4th Celebration

What could be better than Fireworks at Disney on the 4th? Our plan had been to spend the fourth at Magic Kingdom, however, we found out from a cast member that it was expected to reach capacity by noon and would turn guest away. Epcot would do the same by early afternoon. So...because we did not see Fantasmic the day before, we chose Hollywood Studios! We slept in and spent a good bit of time packing for our trip home. (For some reason we had not planned packing for home...yet it took us weeks to pack for the trip.) By early afternoon we headed over to the park and did a few rides/shows that we had missed before like the Backlot Tour, Muppet 3-D show, and Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. Then we lined up for Fantasmic. IT WAS SO GOOD! It is a light and water show with all of the favorite characters and villans. We were all mezmerized. It was hands-down my favorite show of all. After that, we watched fireworks from the "hat"! It was certainly an Independence Day to remember!!

Baby girl was not feeling well this day. She was really pitiful, but she pressed on!
If you look closely you will see Tyson had a little Woody sticker that he "toured" around the exhibit.
