It Was Magical

When we returned to school my boss asked me how was Christmas, my response "It was magical!" and it really was. Seeing the excitement in my little ones' eyes is joyful. They were so happy with everything...little and big!

A "reel" lawn mower and a wheel barrow, just what every 5 year old dreams of!

Juel's wishes were simple and sweet...

Frozen Castle!

Taking it all in!

And...a JUMPOLINE!! Juel ran outside to show Ralph his treats, dropped the box and screamed "OH MY GOSH" she was thrilled!

This Christmas we had no where to go. It was a snuggly, happy day all together! We had lots of visitors stop in to see what Santa brought!

Tyson has been really interested in memorizing Bible verses. Uncle Myron taught him Psalm 42:1: "As the deer panteth for the water so my soul panteth for you o God." It is my desire for my children to long for God more than anything else. This can become a conflicting message at Christmas sometimes as we unwrap so many presents. We try to be very intentional in teaching the children that Jesus is the best gift they will ever receive.

For the next few days.....so much fun was had!
