Ever since Tyson's first Christmas, Travis has enjoyed picking out a gift for each child...often a "surprise" to mommy as well. I think he enjoys this because he thinks of things his parents would have perhaps given the kids. He tells me that his mom loved Christmas and of his few childhood memories, most vivid are of Christmas morning.
He wanted to get Juel a glass tea set. She squealed and said "Oh daddy, that's just what I wanted." PRECIOUS!
This year he was particularly thrilled with his gift for Tyson...I was not, but it's a dad thing. Tyson was gifted his very first BB Gun. We have strict rules about it an hopefully no one will "shoot an eye out"! I am not sure who was more excited...Tyson or Travis!
